NEW LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR 2010

School Dean Nursing and Midwifery / Professor of Nursing and Health Studies

It is with great pleasure that we are able to advise that Professor Paul Morrison has accepted the position of School Dean Nursing and Midwifery/Professor of Nursing and Health Studies and will commence with the School on 14th December 2009.

Paul comes to us from the University of Canberra. He has an impressive research and publication record coupled with a strong teaching background, and is looking forward to the further development of the School in collaboration with our university community and professional colleagues in Western Australia.

 

Deputy Dean

We are delighted to advise that Dr Heather Gluyas has agreed to join the School in the position of Deputy Dean from February of next year. Dr Gluyas is joining the School from Notre Dame University and also brings with her extensive experience within the health care industry, as both a clinician and as a manager. She has particular expertise in clinical governance and will be an influential academic through her teaching and research expertise.
